Praktijk Otterspoor processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided them to me.

The processing of personal data takes place according to the following principles:

• No more personal data is processed than necessary;

• Personal data is not kept longer than necessary;

• The processing of personal data means all actions that can be performed with data, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, forwarding, consulting, changing and deleting;

• The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of a legal basis.

Praktijk Otterspoor processes (special) personal data on the basis of the following principles:

• Necessary for the performance of an agreement;

• Necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;

• Necessary to protect vital interests.

Retention periods of personal data
Personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the above principles. After the retention period has expired, personal data will be deleted. Praktijk Otterspoor is obliged to maintain a retention period of 20 years. Personal data required for invoicing or administration for tax purposes will be kept for 7 years.

Security of personal data
Practice Otterspoor takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact info@praktijkotterspoor.com.
 
Practice Otterspoor takes the following measures to store personal data securely:

• Difficult PIN and password on computer

• Encryption on folders consisting of privacy-sensitive documents by means of encryption software.

 
Data leaks
The above measures have been applied by Praktijk Otterspoor to prevent others from having unintentional and unauthorized access to personal data. In the unlikely event that a data leak does occur, it will be registered in the data leak register of Praktijk Otterspoor.

If you have any complaints and/or questions regarding the processing of personal data, you can always contact us via the contact details above. If this is insufficient, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
